You'll drive program implementation, oversee portfolio compliance, and develop innovative sourcing strategies while building cross-functional relationships to deliver sustained benefits to clients. **Your day-to-day tasks will include:** * Provide impactful leadership in a collaborative environment and bring strategic thought leadership to sourcing and people management activities * Drive results through program implementation and monitoring success, ensuring all accounts meet KPI and goals set by Sourcing & Procurement and Client * Oversee assigned portfolio compliance and controls, develop new and innovative sourcing strategies, and identify opportunities for improvement * Build strong cross-functional relationships and proactively manage internal and external expectations by understanding business needs and priorities * Ensure contracting and procurement standards, policies, and procedures are maintained and followed throughout the portfolio of managed accounts * Partner with internal operations teams such as JLL Facility Management and Project Management teams to drive immediate and sustained client benefits * Establish relationships with key s
