What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proficiency in developing RESTful APIs and microservices using Java Spring Boot, understanding of Spring Framework (e. g. , Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data, Spring Batch), Hands-on experience with Camunda 7/8 for workflow automation, Proficiency in BPMN 2. 0 (Business Process Model and Notation) and DMN (Decision Model and Notation), Ability to design, model, and optimize business processes using Camunda Modeler, Knowledge of task orchestration, user tasks, and form handling, Experience working on multi tenancy platform
Nice to Have
Experience with Kafka or other message brokers for event-driven communication, Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e. g. , Jenkins, GitLab CI) and containerization (e. g. , Docker, Kubernetes), Hands-on experience with Angular/React, Deployment on cloud/on-prem environments, Knowledge of unit testing and integration testing frameworks (e. g. , JUnit, Mockito)
