What You'll Do.
Organise and carry out procurement processes in accordance with internal client
Maintain accurate procurement data and documentation in line with internal
Process purchase requests and create purchase orders based on approved suppliers and
Perform on-site purchases
including urgent or last-minute purchases from local
monitor delivery timelines
and communicate with suppliers and internal clients in cases of delays or
Assist with warranty claims
and other supplier-related
Ensure compliance with procurement and budget escalate any violations when
Monitor the application of taxes
and other applicable fees in the countries where the company operates
