The Supervised Practice Experience Partnership (SPEP) is a program delivered in collaboration with Ontario Health and the College of Nurses of Ontario [(](https://cno.org/become-a-nurse/registration-requirements/evidence-of-practice/supervised-practice-experience-partnership)CNO). SPEP Nurse Learners at Halton Healthcare will be partnered with a highly-skilled preceptor at one of our three hospital sites (Oakville, Milton, Georgetown). SPEP Nurse Learners will work in a learner capacity for up to a maximum of 450 hours under the direct supervision of a preceptor to demonstrate application of nursing knowledge, skill, judgment and understanding of their nursing accountabilities as per CNO Practice Standards and Halton Healthcare Policy and Procedures. Upon successful completion of the practice hours and subsequent proof of registration with the CNO in the RN or RPN category, the applicant may have the opportunity to apply to a RN or RPN vacancy at Halton Healthcare. ## Qualifications * Must be a non-registered RN or RPN applicant who is an Internationally
