Must Have
Informatica Cloud (IDMC) DATA QUALITY Certification, ITIL Certification, understanding of DATA QUALITY principles and best practices, understanding of DATA Profiling principles and best practices, Integration & Orchestration, CDI (Cloud data integration), CAI (Cloud application integration), Proficiency in Python, SQL and Java related to IDMC development, IDMC Rest APIs, IDMC CI/D using Source control integration (Git), use of Azure DevOps or GitHub for automation, IDMC rest APIs for checkin/out and pull code, code promotion flow, Informatica transformation language, XQuery functions and usage of them in IDMC, Excellent leadership and team management skills, Proficient in stakeholder management and communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities, Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, Ability to speak and write English, Analytical ability to diagnose problems and to develop practical solutions, Good communication skills, both interpersonal and presentation, Able to interact with and influence individuals, Able to work effectively in a matrix organization across geographies and cultures, Minimum of 10 years of experience in Data Quality, with a focus on Informatica Cloud (IDMC), Proven experience leading DATA QUALITY projects, Understanding of the Haleon Quality System and validation requirements, policies, procedures, and standards
What You'll Do.
Lead technical design
Define IDMC Data Quality design standards
Work with cross-functional teams
Perform validation of DQ rules
Execute end-to-end DQ workflow cycles
Ensure consistent DQ rule behaviour
Oversee day-to-day operation of IDMC Data Quality services
Apply ITIL best practices
Act as senior technical escalation point
Partner with business stakeholders
Serve as primary technical point of contact
Communicate clearly with stakeholders
Ensure DQ rules documented
Support regulatory and internal audits
Identify opportunities to improve Data Quality processes
Stay current with Informatica IDMC enhancements
Contribute to enterprise Data Quality capabilities

This role partners closely with Data Quality specialists, business stakeholders, and technical teams to translate data quality requirements into scalable, compliant, and high‑performing solutions.
