Must Have
3+ years IAM operations experience, 3+ years IT support experience, Deep understanding of identity lifecycle, Deep understanding of RBAC, Deep understanding of least privilege, Deep understanding of SoD, Hands-on enterprise IAM/PAM concepts, Hands-on ticketing systems experience, Hands-on queue management experience, Familiarity with authentication protocols, Familiarity with basic scripting, Proven track record supporting compliance, Proven track record supporting access reviews, Proven track record supporting certification campaigns, Ability to gather audit evidence, Ability to align operations with security frameworks, Confidence to evaluate access requests, Confidence to challenge access requests, Seamless interaction with business users
Nice to Have
Familiarity with SAML, Familiarity with OAuth, Python scripting experience a plus, PowerShell scripting experience a plus, Experience with Okta a plus, Experience with Azure AD a plus, Experience with ServiceNow a plus, Experience with Jira a plus, Experience with MAS guidelines a plus

Get to Know the Role In this position, you will support Grab's enterprise infrastructure with a core focus on Identity and Privileged Access Management (IAM/PAM). The Identity Management team is dedicated to overseeing access to enterprise applications and safeguarding vital systems and sensitive data. Motivated by our mission— "Empowering Grabbers with secure, seamless access to systems and data; simplifying productivity and creating time for what matters" —we ensure safety never comes at the expense of efficiency. The Critical Tasks You Will Perform * End-to-End IAM Operations: Manage the full identity and access lifecycle—including Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes, provisioning/deprovisioning, and resolving access and authentication incidents within defined SLAs. * Access Governance & Audit Compliance: Support periodic access reviews and certification campaigns to enforce the principles of least privilege and segregation of duties (SoD) while providing necessary documentation for internal and external audits. * Platform & PAM Administration: Support and ma
