Experience in Identity Lifecycle Management solutions, Knowledge of identity creation, deletion, modification, and synchronization processes, Experience with provisioning and reconciliation flows between source systems, metadirectories, and corporate directories (Oracle LDAP), Ability to analyze dependencies between authoritative sources, LDAP repositories, and consumer platforms, Experience with Critical Path Metadirectory or equivalent identity synchronization solutions, Knowledge of synchronization models, connectors, transformation rules, reconciliation, and troubleshooting, Ability to manage critical synchronization environments in production, Solid experience in LDAP services, Administration and maintenance of OUD and ODS platforms, Design and management of directory structures, branches, attributes, schemas, ACLs, and access policies, Hardening of LDAP services, Security parameterization, access control, encryption, certificates, and secure configuration of communication, Advanced troubleshooting of authentication, LDAP searches, replication, and performance, Experience in Linux system administration, especially Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Knowledge of scripting and automation in Linux environments, Experience in operation, hardening, monitoring, and troubleshooting of services on Linux, Experience as an Identity Engineer, Identity Architect, Senior LDAP Directory Administrator, or equivalent role, Demonstrable experience in critical production environments, Experience in operation and maintenance of metadirectory solutions and LDAP services, Solid experience in Linux, preferably Red Hat

Experience in global or highly regulated corporate environments, Knowledge of cybersecurity applied to identity, Experience with high availability, disaster recovery, and critical service operation models, Knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, or federation platforms, Experience integrating with SIEM, monitoring, and log management, Knowledge of certificate management, TLS, and security controls in LDAP communications, Knowledge of Windows Server, especially in integration scenarios with identity services
