Must Have
3-4+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management engineering
Nice to Have
Experience with Workday integration, Administering and supporting Google Workspaces, System engineer background, Automation skills using PowerShell, Python, or any desirable scripting language, Vendor-related certification, such as OKTA, Microsoft, VMware, AWS

IAM Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our identity and authentication systems at Probe (Okta, Google Workspace, etc.). IAM Engineer will play a key role in protecting Probe’s digital environment by designing and delivering secure, scalable authentication, authorisation, and identity lifecycle solutions. You’ll help deliver a secure yet seamless user experience. _**Main Responsibilities:**_ ● Experience with integrating enterprise applications into OKTA, groups, rules, and workflow. ● Experience with OKTA to manage users, groups, conditional access, SAML/SSO ● Working knowledge of OAuth, SAML, SCIM, JWT, and authentication/authorisation frameworks ● Design, implement, and maintain our identity and authentication systems ● Automate and orchestrate user lifecycles across our systems and services – from beginning to end (Experience with Workday integration is desirable) ● Build and maintain identity lifecycle workflows (OKTA) ● Support access governance processes including certifications and access reviews ● Work with HR and application teams on onboarding and access workflows ● Troubleshoot complex identity and access issues ● Manage and improve our auth policies, access controls, and build (or rebuild) a strong access management policy within our identity systems ● Respond to incidents as part of an on-call roster or in priority incidents ● Familiarity with cyber security principles, standards, and
