What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years of hands-on experience with Active Directory, 1–3 years of Identity & Access Management (IAM) or access provisioning experience, Experience with scripting (PowerShell and/or Python), Foundational knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar), problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Nice to Have
Experience with Unix/Linux environments, Familiarity with privileged access tools such as CyberArk, HashiCorp, or similar, Experience with database access provisioning, Experience working in SLA-driven, ticket or queue-based environments
What You'll Do.
Process incoming access requests
Manage provisioning queues
Perform user and privileged access provisioning
Support Active Directory account management
Serve as escalation point for complex requests
Review and validate work completed by offshore partners
Execute database-related access provisioning tasks
Perform access hygiene and cleanup activities
Create and execute change tasks
Ensure work completed within defined SLAs
Support credential vaulting
Participate in on-call rotation
Respond to critical access issues
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partnering with both onshore and offshore teams; Collaborate with cross-functional teams on operational and project-based initiatives
