What You'll Achieve.
Maintain secure, compliant, and efficient access management practices
Industry & Context.
Investigate and resolve access-related incidents, requests, and issues; Identify, analyze, and escalate access-related risks, control gaps, and policy deviations
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience), Experience in IT environment, preferably in Identity & Access Management, IT Security, or User Access Management, Basic understanding of identity and access management concepts (identity lifecycle, authentication, authorization), Experience in handling operational processes, Basic knowledge of scripting, Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
Nice to Have
Familiarity with IAM tools (e.g. One Identity, ServiceNow, CyberArk), Basic knowledge in Networking, Working with ticketing systems

Support IAM processes
Execute identity lifecycle processes
Investigate access incidents
Resolve access issues
Support RBAC implementation
Document IAM procedures
Deliver IAM trainings
Participate in audits
Identify access risks
Escalate control gaps
