Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent, One year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities, Must be at least 18 years of age
Nice to Have
CPR certification, First aid certification, NCI certification, MedTech certification, Qualified as a Habilitation Technician II, Eligible to be designated Habilitation Technician II
What You'll Do.
Supervise and coordinate Direct Support employees
Manage operations of facilities
Manage staffing of facilities
Manage budget of facilities
Interview and hire Direct Support Professionals
Prepare employee schedules
Ensure adequate staffing coverage
Perform personal care duties
Monitor staff interactions
Provide feedback to staff
Maintain harmony between employees and clients
Resolve employee issues
Conduct performance reviews
Ensure employees meet training requirements
Attend required events
Stay within budget guidelines
Provide after-hours coverage
Provide on-call coverage
Ensure clean and maintained home
Ensure maintained yard
