Supervises and coordinates activities of Direct Support employees and manages operations, staffing and budget of facilities assigned. Seek to understand individuals in the context of their personal history, their social and family networks, and their hopes and dreams for the future. Ensures that people supported have a clean and maintained home and yard. **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervises and coordinates activities of Direct Support employees and manages operations, staffing and budget of facilities assigned. * Interviews and hires Direct Support Professionals * Prepares employee schedules ensuring that there is adequate staffing coverage at all times. * Performs all personal care duties that Direct Support perform, such as personal hygiene tasks, meal preparation and goal implementation. * Spends adequate amounts of time in the residential facility monitoring and providing feedback to staff on all three shifts in interactions and relationships with people supported, maintaining harmony between employees' clients while serving as a positive role model. * Seeks to understand the individuals in the context of their personal history, their social and family networks, and their hopes and dreams for the future. * Resolves employee issues and conducts performance reviews * Ensures employees meet training requirements and attend required events * Monitors select budget items staying within guidelines * Monitors and provides feedback to employees during all three shifts in interactions and relationships with the people supported * Provides after-hours and on-call coverage as part of the direct care rotation * E
