Four-year degree in human service field, Three years of experience with the population served, Lift 30 lbs, Lift minimum of 70 lbs, Pull minimum of 50lbs, Squat, kneel, crawl, crouch, climb, and stop, Regularly use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, Regularly stand and walk, Demonstrate proficiency in CPR, Close vision, Distance vision, Peripheral vision, Talk and hear, Complete criminal background check, Name checked in registries, Drug testing, Education verification, Proof of employment history or references, Proof of driver's license, driver's insurance, and vehicle, IF required for providing transportation for individuals

Psychology from a four-year college or university
