Lift 30 lbs, Lift minimum 40 lbs, Pull minimum 25 lbs, Squat, kneel, crawl, crouch, climb, stoop, Use hands to finger, handle, feel, Stand and walk, Demonstrate proficiency in CPR from floor level, Close vision, Distance vision, Peripheral vision

Must Have

High School Diploma or equivalent, At least 18 years of age, Completion of approved CNA II training program, Active CNA II certification, North Carolina Board of Nursing

Nice to Have

Previous experience working with children with critical needs

What You'll Do.

Report changes in condition to Nurse

Document on flow sheets

Measure and record vital signs

Administer medications and gastrostomy tube feedings

Monitor oxygen administration and saturation levels

Perform colostomy care

Assist individuals with dressing/undressing

Participate in nursing report

Collaborate with nurses and administrative staff

Assist with transporting individuals to appointments and activities

Fax orders to pharmacy and lab results

Assist in ordering OTC stock and supplies

Schedule appointments

Maintain organized filing systems

Maintain confidentiality of care-related information

Deliver nursing care with respect

Perform additional duties as assigned
