What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Master's degree in human service field AND 1 year experience with MH/SU/IDD population, Bachelor's degree in human service field AND 2 years experience with MH/SU/IDD population, Bachelor's degree in non-human service field AND 4 years experience with MH/SU/IDD population, Two years prior LTSS and/or HCBS coordination, care delivery monitoring, and care management experience, Care coordination, care management, or case management experience, Valid driver's license
Nice to Have
Clinical license preferred
