Micron’s Boise High‑Volume Manufacturing (HVM) photolithography team ensures consistent, high‑yield production through strong process control, rapid issue response, and cross‑functional collaboration. The team plays a critical role in enabling factory output, cycle‑time performance, and cost targets. The Senior Photolithography Process Engineer owns more complex lithography levels and/or tool sets and independently drives day‑to‑day HVM health. This role leads excursion investigations, drives tool matching and sampling strategies, and delivers sustained improvements to yield, output, and manufacturing stability. **Responsibilities** * Own day‑to‑day health of assigned lithography processes and tools, ensuring stable HVM performance. * Independently lead excursion investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions. * Drive tool matching, process window control, and sampling strategies to improve manufacturing repeatability. * Partner with shift operations and area leaders to set priorities, communicate constraints, and support factory turns. * Use data‑driven methods to deliver measurable improvements in yield, output, cycle time, or cost. **Minimum Qualifications** * B.S. with 5+ years or M.S. with 3+ years of semiconductor lithography experience, or Ph.D. in in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field. * Experience owning lithography processes or tool sets in a high‑volume manufacturing environment. * Proficiency with SPC systems, statistical analysis, and structured problem‑solving methods. * Ability to lead investigations, mak
