Develop and implement change management strategies and plans
Conduct impact assessments

Develop communication plans and materials to support change initiatives
Provide coaching and support to project teams and key stakeholders
Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives
Evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies and recommend improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of change management activities with project objectives
