What You'll Achieve.
Drives results and approaches obstacles. Tracks production metrics and utilizes data to develop strategies for continuous improvement. Optimizes performance and creates organizational depth and individual development.
Industry & Context.

Must be able to arrive at least 30 minutes early and remain at least 30 minutes at the end of the shift to complete pass downs, reports, and timecard reviews. Flexibility to rotate to other shifts/departments and work extended hours and holidays as needed.
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Requires 1+ years of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays, arriving 30 minutes early and staying 30 minutes late for pass downs and reports.
Nice to Have
Preferred qualifications include working 40 hours per week and overtime as required.
