Forecast capacity needs
Develop staffing plans
Support in interviewing fulfillment center Area Managers
Support in training fulfillment center Area Managers
Review previous day performance
Address ongoing issues
Review inventory discrepancies
Review quality performance
Identify opportunities for process improvement
Ensure safety standards are maintained
Develop Area Managers
Provide feedback to Area Managers
Identify training needs for Area Managers
Prevent customer-facing defects
