What You'll Do.
Lead and supervise ICQA team
Supervise hourly Associates
Partner with Operations teams
Partner with Support teams
Establish policies and procedures
Influence policies and procedures
Adhere to policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with safety programs
Ensure compliance with SOX regulations
Analyze inventory defects
Analyze customer defects data
Identify corresponding actions plans
Forecast capacity needs
Develop staffing plans
Support interviewing Area Managers
Support training Area Managers
Review previous day performance
Address ongoing issues
Review inventory discrepancies
Review quality performance
Analyze data for trends
Analyze data for opportunities
Collaborate with Area Managers
Collaborate with hourly Associates
Collaborate with FC operations partners
Collaborate with central teams
Observe processes on floor
Ensure safety standards maintained
Develop Area Managers
Provide feedback to Area Managers
Identify training needs for Area Managers
Contribute to maintaining inventory accuracy
Resolve quality challenges
Ensure customer satisfaction
