Must Have
Proven experience in Customs risk management, targeting, or analytical training, Demonstrated background in developing and delivering structured learning programs, Understanding of TRMS principles, analytical workflows, and data-driven decision-making, Ability to translate complex technical requirements into practical, maintainable solutions, communication and mentoring skills, Must be able to obtain and maintain a PTW US Government Clearance, US Citizenship is required to obtain a PTW Clearance
Nice to Have
Familiar with customs, border-management, or law-enforcement information systems, Experience working with international partners or donor-funded projects, Experience working and engaging with external partners on foreign assistance programs related to border security programs, Written or verbal skills in Armenian or Russian languages
