Proven experience in Customs risk management, targeting, or analytical training., Demonstrated background in developing and delivering structured learning programs., Understanding of TRMS principles, analytical workflows, and data-driven decision-making., Ability to translate complex technical requirements into practical, maintainable solutions., communication and mentoring skills., Must be able to obtain and maintain a PTW US Government Clearance., US Citizenship is required to obtain a PTW Clearance.
Nice to Have
Familiar with customs, border-management, or law-enforcement information systems is highly desirable., Experience working with international partners or donor-funded projects preferred., Experience working and engaging with external partners on foreign assistance programs related to border security programs preferred but not required., Written or verbal skills in Armenian or Russian languages preferred but not required.
