Must Have
5+ years of experience with Icertis CLM deployments, Experience with configuring workflows, clause libraries, and obligation management, Experience integrating Icertis with ERP and Finance systems, Ability to translate legal contract requirements into system configuration, Bachelor's degree
Nice to Have
Experience with federal contracting requirements such as FAR/DFARS, ITAR, and DCAA, Experience in catalogue and supplier compliance flow-downs, Experience in Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR) for contracts and compliance, Experience utilizing AI tools in ERP and supply chain deployment and operations beneficial, Knowledge of audit and reporting controls for government contracting, Knowledge of AI tools automation, Master's degree

Design and validate contract management workflows
Participate in design and build sessions
Identify contract data elements
Define obligation-to-financial mapping rules
Validate interface requirements
and DCAA requirements are embedded
Oversee clause library
Develop and validate obligation-to-action flows
Leverage expertise during hypercare post–go live

Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with Booz Allen business process owners and compliance teams; Collaborate with the Enterprise Architect and Data Lead; Partner with the Change Management Lead; Partner with Icertis consultants; Participate in design and build session with stakeholders
