Must Have
Experience designing and implementing end-to-end service mapping, dependency modelling, or operational resilience frameworks, experience in data analysis, data modelling, and data-driven risk identification, Experience working with IBS, ITOL, or regulatory resilience frameworks within financial services, knowledge of data modelling, data lineage, and mapping architecture, Experience with data integration, data flows, and dependency mapping across complex systems, Expertise in data quality frameworks, validation techniques, and control design, Understanding of operational resilience frameworks (IBS, ITOL) and regulatory expectations, Experience applying analytical techniques to identify systemic risk and vulnerabilities, analytical thinking and problem-solving capability, Ability to translate complex technical mapping into business and risk insights, Excellent stakeholder management across technology, risk, and business teams, Ability to challenge effectively and influence senior stakeholders, communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts, English
Nice to Have
Experience delivering complex data integration or transformation programmes, Professional certifications in Data Management, Risk, or Operational Resilience frameworks, Knowledge of information architecture and data governance frameworks
