What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience in IBP, SIOP, or cross-functional planning environments, organisation and governance skills (plans, trackers, RAID logs), Data-confident, with a focus on accuracy, integrity, and insight, Ability to produce clear reports and presentations for stakeholders, stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence to challenge and drive follow-through, Advanced Excel and data analysis skills, Understanding of workforce or resource planning principles
Nice to Have
Experience in a PMO, project coordination, or transformation support role, Familiarity with planning or ERP systems (e. g. SAP, Anaplan, Kinaxis), Background in engineering, manufacturing, or complex operational environments, Exposure to process improvement or change initiatives, Clear interest in developing a career in IBP, business transformation, or strategic planning.
