As **IBP Design & Continuous Improvement Lead**, you will be responsible for the design, evolution and continuous improvement of the IBP (Integrated Business Planning) operating model, ensuring it remains effective, integrated across horizons and functional planning processes (e.g. demand and supply planning, commercial and financial planning), and aligned with business needs, in collaboration with the commercial, finance and supply chain functions as well as the regions and markets. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Own and maintain the IBP playbook, standards and process design * Ensure integration across S&OE, S&OP and LRP horizons * Identify improvement opportunities based on performance and feedback * Design and implement enhancements to IBP processes and governance * Define and evolve planning methodologies, templates and tools * Support IBP capability development (training frameworks, materials) * Support alignment between business requirements and system capabilities * Ensure consistency of IBP processes across regions and platforms ****
