Full Job Description

We are looking for an IBDP Coordinator for an international school in Ningbo. This is a position is available from the upcoming 2026-27 academic year starting in August 2026. About the school This school is affiliated with an established education group and offers bilingual and international education pathways. The school provides a structured learning environment with small-class teaching, boarding options, and a strong focus on academic development, student wellbeing, and international-mindedness. The campus supports both Chinese and international curriculum delivery, helping students prepare for further study in China and overseas. Job responsibilities * Lead and coordinate the implementation of the IBDP programme across the school * Ensure that all IB requirements regarding the delivery and administration of the Diploma Programme are met * Support teachers with curriculum planning, assessment practices, and the effective delivery of IBDP subjects * Coordinate key IBDP components, including internal assessments, Extended Essay, CAS, TOK, and examination procedures * Organize and lead collaborative planning meetings with IBDP teachers * Provide training, mentoring, and professional guidance to teachers involved in the IBDP programme * Monitor student progress and work with teachers, parents, and school leadership to support student achievement * Communicate with parents and the wider school community regarding the IBDP programme * Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reports related to IBDP implementation * Liaise with the IB and ensure the school remains compliant with programme standards and practices * Contribute to whole-school academic planning and curriculum development * Take on relevant teaching responsibilities, preferably in English or TOK **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or above in a related subject * Teaching certificate or relevant teaching qualification * Foreign teacher with a background in English or TOK * Two or more years of working
