What You'll Do.
plan and coordinate end‑to‑end execution of client roadshows across global markets
Arrange logistics for all virtual and in‑person roadshows
including investor meetings
group conference calls
and client results calls
Act as the primary point of contact and maintain close liaison with the deal team and client assistants throughout the roadshow lifecycle
Own and maintain the roadshow schedule template
managing all updates and changes as the roadshow progresses
Manage all logistical requirements for in-person roadshows including travel
Manage all technical logistics for virtual roadshows
including 1x1 and small group meetings
Assist the deal team in setting up and managing data rooms
including coordinating any required roadshow presentation recording sessions
Prepare and distribute post-event reports
Manage all roadshow expenses post-event
ensuring timely and accurate client billing and reimbursement to the Bank
