That’s why we are committed to providing an environment with your development and wellbeing at its center. **You can expect:** * Annual health checkup – cost borne by company (once a year) (above 40years old is TWD10,000 & less than 40 years old is TWD5,000) * EAP – free and confidential counseling, online work-life resources * Annual leaves entitlement * Better Maternity leave **Your key responsibilities:** As a Trading and Client Flow Management person you will be responsible for: * Build and expand client relationships across financial institutions and corporates * Pricing and executing Corporate and Institutional client flows * Risk management and portfolio optimization * Responsible for execution, trade capture and PnL signoff of trading book * Continuous exploration of overall platform enhancements with emphasis on flow automation * Optimize product delivery and service through co-ordination with internal groups and pro- sales activities to ensure client satisfaction and customer loyalty * Continuous exploration of overall platform enhancements. **Your skills and experience:** * Strong quantitative skills and product knowledge. * Proficient in MS OFFICE suite especially excel * Success-orientated team player and hard worker * A go-getter with positive attitude.
