Relevant health and safety requirements may apply. **Your skills and experience:** * Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance, including structured loans, private credit * Experience in North Asia syndicated loans, pre-IPO financing and illiquid share-backed margin loans, across high yield, corporate and sponsor space. * Experience in carrying out deep dive credit an
