Role is required to be performed primarily on-site at the International Commerce Centre.

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance, structured loans, private credit, North Asia syndicated loans, pre-IPO financing, illiquid share-backed margin loans, high yield, corporate and sponsor space, deep dive credit analysis, financial modeling for companies across various sectors, Ability to understand and analyse financial statements

What You'll Do.

diligence underlying companies

assess the transactions

Manage internal transaction credit ratings and approvals processes

Lead discussions with clients in the negotiation of transaction structure

Preparation of credit memos

scenario analysis etc for senior / mezzanine loans

Monitor the existing loan exposures in the portfolio

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work with O&A and Sector teams to originate deal flows; Lead discussions with clients; Mentor the juniors in the team
