What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Equivalent experience in information technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related field, Relevant experience in cybersecurity or identity management roles, Proven expertise in IAM operations, including identity lifecycle, role-based access control (RBAC) or equivalent, and privileged access management, Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python, REST APIs), Extensive experience with regulatory compliance frameworks and security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR)
Nice to Have
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or specific IAM certifications (e. g., Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM)), Hands-on experience with operating IAM solutions such as SailPoint, BeyondTrust, CyberArk, Okta, Azure AD, EntraID, Fortanix, Venafi or similar, understanding of insurance or financial services regulatory landscape and security requirements
What You'll Do.
Undertake daily operations for user provisioning
Operate processes related cryptographic keys
Work closely with IAM Architecture
Be part of out-of-hours on-call rota
Deliver services against defined SLAs
Deliver high level of customer satisfaction
Resolve and address IAM issues
Manage issues and provide support
troubleshoot and remediate security incidents
Develop and adhere to guidelines/processes
Diligent follow operating procedures
Drive automation and optimisation of IAM processes
Drive the culture for the IAM operations team
