What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer experience, Hands-on expertise in CyberArk PAM, Broad IAM domain knowledge, Experience working with any of the IAM tools, Practical experience in Azure DevOps, YAML scripting for pipeline creation and management, Hands-on administration of IAM tools (e.g., CyberArk, HashiCorp, Okta, SailPoint, Ping, or similar), Maintain & troubleshoot CyberArk PAM components (PVWA, CPM, PSM, Vault), Onboard privileged accounts, manage safes, policies, and password rotation, Troubleshoot CyberArk issues and perform upgrades, patching, and health checks, Create, manage, and optimize Azure DevOps pipelines using YAML, Automate reoccurring tasks and workflows using YAML in Azure pipelines, Collaborate with multiple teams handling IAM tools like Ping, ISAM, Policy servers, SailPoint etc., Document all encountered challenging IAM processes, configurations, and operational procedures, Working with 24x7 oncall rotation shifts handling multiple IAM tools issues, Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain, Hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM, Experience with one or more IAM tools (Okta, SailPoint, Ping, ISAM, etc.), Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Proficiency in YAML scripting for pipeline creation and management
