Must Have
Experience with IAM tools, user provisioning, and access management in enterprise environments, attention to detail and organizational skills, Familiarity with audit processes, compliance frameworks, and security best practices, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with mainframe, cloud, and/or hybrid IAM environments, Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e. g. , SOX, GDPR, HIPAA) as they relate to IAM, Relevant certifications (e. g. , CompTIA Security+, Certified Identity and Access Manager, CISSP)

This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of IAM infrastructure, who can review and process access requests, ensure compliance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of security practices. What You Will Do: Provision, modify, and de-provision user accounts and access rights across multiple applications and platforms, including mainframe, cloud, and enterprise systems. Perform user ID provisioning and access administration for security tools and applications, ensuring adherence to established security policies and procedures. Capture and record security event logging records related to IAM activities for subsequent review and compliance reporting. Review and process access requests, ensuring appropriate approvals and alignment with the principle of least privilege. Assist with internal and external audit requirements by providing evidence of access controls, user provisioning, and security event logs. Respond to audit questions related to IAM processes and system security, and support security improvement initiatives to meet audit and regulatory r
