What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Significant experience (typically 5+ years) in an engineering management or senior technical leadership role within complex, multi‑disciplinary environments, background in software engineering, including design, development, and operation of. NET‑based applications and services, Proven experience leading teams using Agile delivery and DevOps practices, right to remain and work in the UK
Nice to Have
Experience working within globally distributed teams, including collaboration with US‑based stakeholders, Experience leveraging AI‑enabled development tools and/or large language model (LLM) capabilities
