What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2-3 years work experience as Hygiene Manager, Experience in the Hotel industry, Responsible self-starter, Capable of handling multi-faceted projects, Capable of working under pressure, High degree of integrity, Good computer skills, Effective trainer, Experienced in delivery of skills training, Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices, Comprehensive knowledge of occupational health and safety standards
Nice to Have
Experience in a hotel or large restaurant complex

Maintain hygiene standards in all work areas

Maintain hygiene standards in receiving areas
Maintain hygiene standards in disposal areas
Maintain records related to sanitation and hygiene efforts
Maintain records related to sanitation and hygiene program
Formulate methodology manual
Maintain methodology manual
Promote effective dissemination coordination with staff
Ensure all food areas are clean
Ensure all food areas are orderly
Ensure organized and efficient workflow
Monitor procedures for maintaining sanitation
Monitor procedures for maintaining hygienic environment
Assist procedures for maintaining sanitation
Assist procedures for maintaining hygienic environment
Perform procedures for maintaining sanitation
Perform procedures for maintaining hygienic environment
Conduct monthly sanitation inspections
Generate inspection reports
Liaise with external agencies on sanitary matters
