In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert in hydrographic data processing, digital terrain modelling, and bathymetric and topographic data management. You will act as a primary point of contact for customers, delivering high-quality technical support and training while helping clients maximize the value of CARIS software solutions. This position offers a dynamic blend of technical problem-solving, client engagement, and international collaboration. ## **What You Will Do:** * Provide first-line technical support to customers via email, phone, and online platforms * Deliver software training sessions both remotely and onsite at client locations worldwide * Build and maintain strong working relationships with existing and prospective cli
