Hybrid Process Manager (Sr. Associate) The Senior Associate process manager in Bank Operations works with a team of process, product, technology, and operations associates that improve business efficiencies and drive results. You will be working within a team leveraging process engineering methodologies to improve processes or redesign initiatives. You will collect and analyze data to support recommendations, implement changes to reduce risk, and improve efficiency in the bank back office processes. You will collaborate on project teams and broader enterprise initiatives to represent business for changes that may impact department processes. We are seeking a dedicated, disciplined, process professional who will excel in a team environment and are highly motivated by process improvements that drive solutions.
