Eligibility Requirements

Residency within the Uniondale, NY is mandatory, Obtain adjuster and/or appraiser license within 60 days of hire if required, Terminate all existing insurance license appointments prior to onboarding, Must have a dedicated, private workspace free from distractions, Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

1+ years of previous customer service experience required, Ability to assess property damages and accurately determine claim coverage, Excellent negotiation and communication skills to interact with customers and stakeholders remotely, Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a virtual work environment, Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on delivering high-quality and efficient claim resolutions, Residency within the Uniondale, NY is mandatory for this role

Nice to Have

Previous industry experience is highly desired, Proficiency in using Xactimate and other relevant software for virtual assessments is preferred

Virtually inspect damages

Settle claims promptly and accurately

Interact with customers

Handle water loss claims

Evaluate and negotiate claims settlements

Execute policies per agreements

Document work in claims system
