Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field, Basic understanding of cloud concepts, Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux), Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls), Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, or Python), communication and teamwork skills, proactive mindset, willingness to learn, Detail-oriented, good organisation skills
Nice to Have
Exposure to at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP), Exposure to virtualization technologies, familiarity with ITSM or monitoring tools
