What You'll Do.

Learn customers’ names
Assist customers by escorting them to products
Secure products that are out of reach
Load or unload heavy items
Note and pass along customer suggestions
Enhance the shopping experience
Answer the telephone promptly
helpful service to customers who call
Work with co-workers as a team
Ensure customer satisfaction
Ensure a pleasant work environment
Clean woks with water
Heat woks to appropriate temperature
Combine all ingredients with meat
Place food in hot cases
Monitor amounts in hot cases
Refill hot cases as necessary
Order product and supplies
Notify department head of needs
Clean work area at end of shift
Fill cold case with fresh-made food
Prepare items for the next day
Understand all aspects of the Hy-Chi kitchen
Maintain strict adherence to hygiene guidelines
Maintain strict adherence to dress guidelines
Adhere to company policies
Adhere to individual store guidelines
Report to work when scheduled
Report to work on time
Check rice as time permits
Take customer orders at counter
Assist in other areas of store
Perform other job related duties
Perform special projects as required
