Night & Weekend Shifts Required, Physically able to exert up to 50 pounds of force to move objects, Physically able to exert up to 20 pounds of force to move objects, Physically able to exert 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects, Visual requirements include vision from 20 inches or less to more than 20 feet with or without correction, depth perception, and field of vision, Able to perform climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, finger dexterity, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions, Continually exposed to flour, dust, noise, and temperature extremes, Occasional exposure to cleaning chemicals/solvents, Fast paced work environment with significant pressure, Pre employment drug screen required

Ability to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or verbal deal with a few concrete variables, Ability to do simple addition and copying figures, counting and recording, Ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated write identifying request supplies orally or in writing

What You'll Do.

Filling customer orders

Handling food in a safe manner

Ordering and receiving products

Making sure orders are correct

Labeling and dating product

Ensuring a positive company image

and efficient customer service

Learning customer names

Escorting customers to products

Securing products out of reach

Loading or unloading heavy items

Passing along customer suggestions or requests

Answering the telephone promptly

Taking customer orders at the Hy-Chi Department counter

Working with co-workers as a team

Reviewing orders for the day

Understanding and practicing proper sanitation procedures

Ensuring the work area is always clean and neat

Reviewing the status and appearance of food for freshness

Ensuring an adequate food supply is ready and on hand

Developing or following a production list

Anticipating product needs for the department on a daily basis

and replenishing product as necessary

Pulling product from cooler/freezer to prepare for cooking

Running the department register

Removing trash in a timely manner

Maintaining strict adherence to department and company guidelines related to personal hygiene and dress

Adhering to company policies and individual store guidelines

Reporting to work when scheduled and on time

Washing dishes as necessary

Ordering product and supplies as necessary

Pricing product for customers as necessary

Delivering orders as needed

Assisting in other areas of store as needed

Performing other job-related duties and special projects as required
