Key job responsibilities We're seeking an experienced Hardware Program Manager to lead strategic wireless initiatives and enterprise accessories development. This role combines technical expertise with program management to drive innovation in our next-generation wifi solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end wifi validation efforts, ensuring robust performance and quality standards for our wireless solutions - Drive the development and execution of enterprise accessories program - Spearhead proof-of-concept initiatives for new technologies and features - Manage and track critical IC vendors’ roadmaps to influence eero’s wifi technology roadmaps - Own and optimize program and non-program budget allocation and utilization - Lead technical initiatives, including the development of enhanced testing methodologies based on real-world data - Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, and business teams - Travel 30% of time to Asia and US West Coast locations Core Competencies: - Excellent tech
