Amazon LEO is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). Its mission is to bring fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities around the world. Amazon LEO will help close the digital divide by delivering fast, affordable broadband to a wide range of customers, including consumers, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity. We are seeking a hardware engineering manager to join our team at Amazon Leo. The successful candidate will be responsible to lead the design, implementation and validation of complex space grade hardware electronics targeted to payload antenna systems. As a leader, you will manage, develop and grow your team to deliver results and collaborate with cross functional teams in the organization. You have a good mix of interpersonal skills expected from a manager and technical acumen expected from an engineer. Your ownership and contributions will include: 1.
