Must Have
High School diploma or equivalent, 3+ years supply chain, inventory management or project management experience, or Bachelor's degree, Experience managing work and priorities through a ticketing system, 1+ years logistics, transportation, supply chain, import/export operations, or data entry/data administration experience, Experience with MS Office Professional Suite, Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or related field, Experience in procurement, supply chain, inventory management, contract management, lease administration or operations, Experience testing hardware/mechanical sub-components, Research and data analysis skills, Printed Circuit Board (PCB) layout best practices, Experience in warehouse or logistics, Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments, Experience in technical support, Experience working with customers, Experience with automation, Experience with any version control tools, 2+ years data center, critical environment, computer hardware repair, infrastructure cabling, network deployment, or data center operations experience
What You'll Do.
Triage break/fix tickets for Global Inventory Planning team
Validate ticket part request against bill of material
Update and reassign break/fix tickets with part recommendations
Monitor inbound purchase order data
Track inbound deliveries
Ensure logistics receiving accuracy
Engage Logistics teams regarding inventory discrepancies
Obtain estimated part delivery time to site
Log delivery issues into a tracker
Update ticket coding inaccuracies
Update delivery status
Interface with Global Planning team members
Work closely with global Logistics teams
Provide updates and feedback to internal and external
and complete information
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Sustain productivity metrics
Manage multiple assignments
Handle rapidly-changing priorities
