**Our vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for _all_. ** Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever. 業務内容 ・Lot startおよびwafer inventory管理に対し問題点を見つけ改善活動を実行する。 ・Test Waferについて管理手法の改善と、関連部門とCommunicationし新しいQualification用Lotの開発を行う。 ・TW cost reductionを目的とし、Recycle/Reclaim waferの所要や使用量をモニターして関連部門へ問題提起や改善立案を行う。 ・Site内の自動搬送効率の改善のため、FOUP管理方法の問題点を分析し、改善策を立案実行する。 ・Siteの生産計画を基に海外サイトとののWafer輸送計画を実現する。また、自動化を進め業務効率の改善とCapacityの改善を行う。 ・海外サイトとのCommunicationを活性化させ、Best Know Methodを作り上げ自サイトあるいは他サイトへ展開する。 Job Responsibilities * Identify issues and drive improvement activities related to lot start and wafer inventory management. * Improve management methods for test wafers and collaborate with related departments to develop new lots for daily qualification. * Monitor the demand and usage of recycled/reclaimed wafers to reduce TW cost, and call out issues or propose improvements to related departments. * Analyze issues in FOUP management methods and plan/implement improvements to enhance automated transport efficiency within the site. * Based on the site’s production plan, execute wafer shipment planning to overseas sites, and promote automation to improve operational efficiency and capacity. * Strengthen communication with overseas sites and establish Best Known Methods (BKM) to deploy them within the site or across other sites. **About Micron Technology, Inc.** We are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich life _for all_.
