**Our vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for _all_. ** Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever. **Core Responsibilities** * Monitor and manage production line status (equipment utilization, WIP levels, etc.) and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve optimal production performance (output, cycle time, etc.). * Analyze production-related data and dynamically develop and adjust strategies to ensure achievement of production KPIs. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including workload reduction, minimization of lost time, optimization of RPT and OI scheduling, and enhancement of Q-time control. * Establish and optimize process management projects to ensure operational stability and sustainable long-term performance. * Lead abnormal issue analysis and drive corrective actions, with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize effectively based on timelines. * Demonstrate strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities to effectively resolve production line issues. **Production Operations & Execution** * Lead a team of operators to maintain strong manufacturing discipline and ensure stable daily production operations. * Execute production plans based on supervisor priorities and adjust dynamically according to real-time shop floor conditions. * Monitor daily output (Daily Moves) and performance against targets, and take timely corrective actions to address gaps. * Make data-driven decisions to ensure achievement of output, cycle time, and overall production efficiency targets. **Cross-functional Collaboration** * Maintain close communication and collaboration with Equipment, Process, Engineering, and Planning teams. * Coordinate cross-area resources to optimize output and capacity management. * Drive cross-functiona
