What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, Proven technical expertise in Industrial Refrigeration and/or the HVAC market, Minimum 5 years’ experience managing field resources, ideally in a Service environment, safety mindset and solid knowledge of Italian H&S regulations (D. Lgs. 81/2008), Assertive, action-oriented leader, results-driven and able to solve complex problems under tight deadlines, Fluent in Italian, good knowledge of English (reading, writing, and presentation skills), Proficient in Excel, Proficient in Word, Proficient in AI tools/LLMs
