Manage schedule of mechanics
Ensure timely preventative maintenance
Align with monthly forecasting goals
Debrief technician activities daily
Debrief mechanic activities daily
Coordinate with technicians to resolve concerns
Coordinate with mechanics to resolve concerns
Assess job completion
Collaborate with Customer Billing Coordinators
Collaborate with Customer Support Coordinators
Progress completed jobs
Receive customer requests for service
Coordinate labor scheduling
Align technician to customer
Align technician to service need
Communicate action plan to customer
Communicate services to customer
Ensure work performed to expectations
Perform follow-up with customer
Answer customer inquiries
Resolve customer issues
Escalate customer issues
Ensure technicians are provided daily schedules
Maintain communication with technicians
Follow up on activities
