In addition to a competitive hourly salary, a generous commission structure, full medical and dental benefits, paid holidays, vacation time, continued training, and advancement opportunities are included. **General Summary** Under the immediate supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, the HVAC Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems within the apartment community. **Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities** * Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating and cooling units, thermostats, and ventilation systems. * Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC problems to determine necessary repairs. * Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation. * Respond to service requests and emergency calls promptly. * Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain clean and organized work areas. * Assist other maintenance staff as needed in other building repair activities. * Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices. * Provide excellent customer service to residents and property management. * Work on Aquatherm units **Requirements** HVAC certification required. Previous experience in HVAC maintenance required; especially with aquatherm and split units Strong troubleshooting skills. M
